Free, Pro and billing

What Free does, what Pro adds, and paying by card (or bank QR in Vietnam).

Free and Pro

Free: dielines, design, 3D, preflight and the label tools with no limit. Pictures up to 1K, a watermark grid on 3D mockups and die pictures, no dieline or CMYK print-file downloads.

Pro ($19/month or $144/year): unlimited dieline downloads, CMYK print PDF and TIFF, 4K mockups and 2K video without watermark, unlimited proof links, 5 GB of storage.

Buying Pro

1. Go to Account → Plan & usage, or click upgrade anywhere.
2. Choose monthly or yearly and add a voucher if you have one.
3. Pay by card (Dodo Payments, our merchant of record). In Vietnam you can scan a VietQR bank transfer instead — leave the note DRINT + order code as it is.
4. Pro turns on as soon as the payment arrives.

Cancel any time; your projects and files stay when you go back to Free. See the Refund policy.
