Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and Drint when you use drint.io and its addresses (3d.drint.io, catalog.drint.io, portfolio.drint.io). Drint is run by Nguyễn Thành Dân, an individual based in Vietnam (“Drint”, “we”). Questions: support@drint.io.

1Your account

You need an account to save work and to buy a plan. Keep your password to yourself; what happens under your account is your responsibility. You must be at least 16, and old enough to make a contract where you live.

One account is for one person. A print shop’s space can have several members, each with their own account.

2What you make is yours

Designs, artwork, text and files you create or upload stay yours. You give us only the permission we need to run Drint for you: to store them, show them to you and to the people you share them with (review links, your portfolio or catalogue), and to make the exports you ask for.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload, such as logos, photos and fonts, and for the packaging text and claims you print.

3What Drint provides

Dies, templates, 3D models, mockup scenes and sample artwork in Drint are licensed to you for use in your own and your clients’ projects, including commercial work. You may not resell or redistribute them on their own, as templates, stock or in a competing library.

Drint checks files before print (preflight, colour, bleed), but the final file and the printed result are your responsibility. Always approve a proof with your printer.

4Plans and payment

Drint has a Free plan and paid plans described on the pricing page. Prices are shown before you pay and may change; a change never affects a period you have already paid for, and we give at least 30 days’ notice before a subscription renews at a new price.

Card payments (USD). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all our card orders: it takes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, issues the invoice and handles payment questions and refunds together with us.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. Cancel at any time in Account → Plan & usage → Manage card; Pro then runs to the end of the period already paid and the account returns to Free. Your projects and files stay.

Bank transfer in Vietnam (VND). Buyers in Vietnam can pay a month or a year ahead by VietQR transfer. It does not renew by itself.

5Fair use

Don’t use Drint to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam, upload malware, or try to get around plan limits, security or other people’s access. Don’t scrape or copy the service, its dies or its library in bulk. We may suspend an account that does, and tell you why.

6Availability and changes

We work to keep Drint running and your files safe, but the service is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. Keep copies of files that matter. We may change or remove features; if a paid feature you rely on is removed, you can ask for a pro-rata refund of the unused time.

7Liability

To the extent the law allows, Drint is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profit, reprints, missed deadlines), and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

8Ending

You can close your account at any time in Account → Data & privacy. We may close an account that breaks these terms. Closing an account deletes its profile, portfolio and cloud projects permanently — download a copy first (Account → Data & privacy).

9Law and changes to these terms

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without taking away the consumer protections of the country you live in. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you in the app or by email before the change applies.
