Drint
Privacy policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
This policy explains what Drint (run by Nguyễn Thành Dân, Vietnam) does with personal data when you use drint.io and its addresses. Questions or requests: support@drint.io.
1What we collect
Account: your name, e-mail address or phone number, a hashed password, your profile details if you add them (title, company, contact links, picture), and your preferences (language, units, settings).
Your work: projects, files and pictures you save or upload, review links and comments, and your public portfolio or catalogue if you publish one.
Usage: counts the plans need (die downloads this month, cloud storage), sign-in sessions (device and time), and server logs kept for security.
Payments: for card payments, Dodo Payments gives us your name, e-mail, country, subscription status and payment amounts — never your card number. For bank transfers in Vietnam, we keep the transfer reference and amount.
2Why
To run your account and save your work; to make the exports, links and pages you ask for; to apply your plan and take payment; to keep Drint secure and fix problems; and to tell you about changes to your account, plan or these policies. We don’t sell personal data and don’t use it for advertising.
3Who it is shared with
Dodo Payments, the merchant of record for card payments, receives what it needs to take the payment and meet tax rules (see its own privacy policy).
Hosting: Drint runs on rented servers; the provider stores data for us and may not use it for anything else.
People you choose: clients you send a review link to, visitors of a portfolio or catalogue you publish, and members of a shop space you belong to.
Authorities, only when the law requires it.
4Cookies
Drint uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your workspace, and your browser’s storage for preferences and unsaved work. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
5How long
Account data and files are kept while your account is open. When you close it, they are deleted, apart from payment records we must keep for accounting and tax law (usually up to 10 years). Server logs are kept for a short time.
6Your rights
You can see and correct your details in Account, download a copy of your data (Account → Data & privacy), and close your account to delete it. You can also write to us to ask what we hold, to correct or delete it, or to object to a use. If you live in the EU, UK or Vietnam (Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP), you may also complain to your data protection authority.
7Security
Passwords are stored hashed, connections use HTTPS, and access to the servers is limited. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you.
