Trade tips

  • Leave the top and bottom of a can design clear of the rims, where artwork distorts.
  • Short runs of cans usually use a printed sleeve or label instead of printing on the metal.
  • Clear PP labels give a "no-label" look on glass; white text needs an underprint.
  • Gloss lamination deepens colours but shows fingerprints and glare under shelf lights.
